Pilot store terms for Saiba Mummy’s Daughter Secret. These should be reviewed with the business owner before final launch.
Orders
Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if there is a clear pricing or stock error.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store card details or Mobile Money PINs. If an item becomes unavailable after a successful payment, the amount due for that item will be refunded.
Delivery
Accra, Tema & Kasoa: dispatch fee is typically GHS 20–50 depending on location and is paid directly to the rider on delivery. Outside Greater Accra: the transport fee shown at checkout is included in the online total. Pickup is available. Confirm the pickup point with us before collection.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetics, skincare and supplement products, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind after delivery. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, the customer will be refunded for that item. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Product information
Product images, packaging and appearance may change from time to time. Customers should read the manufacturer’s label, directions, warnings and ingredients before use. Product descriptions on this store are not medical advice.
Supplements and wellness products
Supplements are sold as consumer products and should be used according to their labels. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate health professional before use.
